For customers outside of the United States, please allow additional time for your order to arrive. International delivery may take up to 4 weeks or more, depending on your country’s customs process and postal system.
Once your package leaves the United States, it enters your country’s customs clearance process, which can significantly affect delivery time. Unfortunately, this step is beyond our control, and delays can occur depending on your country’s import procedures.
Please understand that this is a normal part of international shipping, and we do our best to ensure your order is securely packaged and accurately labeled. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes that may be applied by your local government.

Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the shipping address, so it’s very important to confirm all information is accurate.
Please note that processing times may vary, especially during product launches, restocks, and holiday seasons. Most items are handmade, packed with care, and processed in the order they are received. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks before your package is scanned and on its way.
